About Phillip B. Richard
Phillip B. Richard is an entrepreneur in the self-help and personal development business. His message is simple: building your dream or accomplishing a goal is possible when you understand how it works.
You’re probably saying, “How what works?”
Phillip is referring to success.
His journey started in the shoe care service industry. He had an idea to create and sell his own shoe shine kit, so he was off to the races.
Along the way, Phillip discovered how important it is to have someone there to encourage you. As he was going through the process, he wished someone would simply say, “Great job,” or “Don’t give up—keep going.”
When Phillip reflected on his journey, he would look in the mirror and remind himself, “You’re Successful™.” On the days when doubt crept in, he would say, “It’s OK to Believe in Yourself.” Those words became daily reminders to keep believing, keep growing, and keep moving forward.
Once Phillip understood and learned how success works, he was able to create and complete Mr. Phil’s Shoe Cleaning Kit, which was sold on Nordstrom.com from 2015–2024.
Phillip then asked himself, “What else can I accomplish with this success system?” He decided to become an author and write a book. He applied those same fundamental principles and created 24 Simple Principles for Living, which was published and sold on Amazon for 6 years.
Phillip realized he wasn’t the only person who needed encouragement. Every day, people are pursuing dreams, building businesses, accomplishing goals, and simply trying to keep moving forward. He knew what was missing—a product that could encourage people as they go through their journey of success.
So, Phillip decided to create You’re Successful™, a company that designs products to provide self-encouragement for people pursuing their dreams and accomplishing their goals. From books, T-shirts, hoodies, coffee mugs, wristbands, and much more, each product is designed to help strengthen self-awareness and help people see the success within themselves—especially when nobody is there to say, “Great job,” or “Keep going. Don’t give up.”
Today, Phillip shares encouraging messages on YouTube—Phillip B. Richard and The You’re Successful™ Podcast, reminding people that You’re Successful™ and It’s OK to Believe in Yourself. He also offers the Seven Steps Success System Coaching Program to help people understand and apply the fundamental principles of success.
